Although planted only in 2015, this young but special vineyard promises a delicious future ! Pale yellow with green reflections as it should be, this Riesling 2022 offers an intense nose of ripe fruits (peach and pear). It has a nice balance on the palate, with persistence and structure.
Wine and food pairings: salt crusted sea bass, "Rieslingspaschtéit" with a green salad and its vinaigrette.
Best served at 8°C.
